The Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) is listed here, along with the En Route Supplement Australia (ERSA). ERSA is available as ERSA Loose Leaf with RDS and as ERSA Spiral Bound with RDS, so you can choose the format you prefer.

Which publication do I need?
Pilots who fly under VFR often keep ERSA and the DAP for their region, while those who fly IFR also use the enroute charts. Check what your operator, flying school or instructor requires, and open each product page to confirm the edition.
